Full-time sales associate

Luxe Lighting is currently seeking a sales associate to join our team. Our ideal candidate is an outgoing, friendly, reliable person who has a strong sense of design, and who has excellent customer service and sales skills. Experience in lighting sales or design is a plus but not required as we provide training. Duties: • Welcome customers, help to identify and fulfill their needs • Explain product features, options, and benefits • Process and manage customer orders • Learn the various lighting lines • Input client repairs to the shop • Assist in maintaining the showroom Qualifications: • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields • Driver’s license and reliable transportation • Social media/advertising experience is a plus • Enjoys working with people • Wants to be part of a team • Ability to problem solve We Offer: Competitive wage, based on experience Paid time off (holidays, sick days, etc.) 401(K) Health subsidy Staff discount A great place to work
