Full Time Sign Maker

Blue Chip SignWorks is a growing company in the digital graphics, branding and signage solutions industry. As part of an industry-leading national organization, Blue Chip SignWorks has access to a network of over 300 locations nationwide. We seek a full-time, experienced Sign Maker to be a cornerstone of our team. The ideal candidate will share our vision of building a quality-first organization dedicated to client satisfaction. - Proven experience in large format digital printing and vinyl sign creation/application - Proficient in table skills such as cutting, taping, weeding, and laying vinyl - Demonstrated skills in making the tradeoffs for great sign design, production, assembly, and installation - Proficient in Adobe Illustrator - Spectacular creativity and design skills - Strong Computer skills - Effective communication skills both written and verbal - Ability to work directly and professionally with customers - Demonstrated track record of estimating project deadlines, and meeting them - Ability to work independently but also collaborate with teammates - Positive can-do attitude, willingness to promote the vision and mission of the business
