While we can train you for some of these things, here are the things that you MUST already have for this to work: ESSENTIAL TECHNOLOGY SKILLS \\- Highly skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn (Please do not apply if you don't currently have excellent skills in these programs) \\- Top-level writing and creative marketing skills (think people who make and publish children’s books) \\- Social media skills related to marketing and advertising \\- Excellent writing skills with perfect spelling and grammar, creative thinking, proofing skills, and the ability to write on the spot \\- Type at least 60 wpm accurately PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES \\- Have great attention to detail \\- Easygoing and open to direction \\- Able to hear constructive criticism or make changes without getting defensive \\- Hard worker who really cares about what they do \\- Are good at thinking on your feet/great multitasker/self-driven/willing to do more than what's asked \\- Be punctual, warm, and easy to get on with \\- Have excellent logical organizational skills \\- Good sense of humor a major plus \\- Pride in good work and successful outcomes \\- Willingness and desire to take responsibility for the success of various projects and follow through when needed Please only apply if you meet the required technology skills and personal attributes above.
