The candidate that we are seeking is not limited to but has these qualities: -Experience in furniture sales or similar retail experience -An aggressive closer -Punctual -Well Groomed -Has a positive attitude -Honest -Enthusiastic -Coachable -Goal Driven -Disciplined -Able to communicate -Has a design eye -Always seeking to get better -Spanish speaking preferred -Ensuring that each customer is taken care to the best of our abilities and all their needs are courteously met while maintaining appropriate profit levels. -Maintaining the showroom to ensure that each customer sees the store in the best possible state.
