We are seeking a candidate with at least 3 years of prior general or sales management experience, and general familiarity with home furnishings products and retail operations. Duties would include: Assisting with the general management of a 32,000 sq. ft. home furnishings retail store and 20,000 sq. Coordination of continuing education and coaching of sales staff on products, selling, design, and business operations using company provided performance metrics.
