We're hiring a Furniture/Flooring Commissioned Salesperson The employee must lift and/or move up to 50 pounds at least 50% of the time. Do not use aggressive or “High Pressure” sales techniques. • Arrange for delivery of merchandise to customer if needed; or assists with load out of product into customer’s vehicle according to Marden’s safe loading practices. • Work with Department or Store Management Team to resolve customer complaints regarding delivery of damaged or incorrect merchandise to ensure customer satisfaction.
