Garage Manager/Office Assistant for Automotive Garage

The Garage Manager/Office Assistant is responsible for managing the garage and the technicians daily schedule, expected to keep them on task and moving, performing clerical, accounting and administrative duties including greeting customers, answering phones, scheduling repairs, typing correspondence, preparing various reports, account receivables, filing and general human resources administration. Duties/Responibilities: Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls to customers, Collecting and recording of payments from completed vehicle repairs and vehicles sales, Preparing repair orders and following up with customer, Ordering parts for repair jobs, Maintain and organize vendor invoices, break room, office supplies, and front office, Provide accurate and timely payroll, Manage tax schedules and fees, Social media advertising, Vehicle title processing, Other duties assigned. Experience/Skills Required 2+ years of general garage manager/office assistant experience, High school degree, MUST HAVE AUTO PARTS KNOWNLEDGE, Microsoft office knowledge, Strong attention to detail, Ability to receive direction and work well with others, Good verbal and written skills, Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
