You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders in Shopper Marketing, Sales, and Content, as well as manage agency partners, to drive full-funnel performance, optimize campaigns, and scale digital efforts that grow market share and brand equity.PositionSenior Manager, Digital AdvertisingLocationUSA, Louisville, KYHow You'll Create PossibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesAmazon Advertising Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and execute end-to-end Amazon advertising strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.Manage performance across Amazon’s ad suite, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Amazon DSP.Drive continuous optimization through data-led decisions on targeting, bidding, creative, and budget allocations.Conduct ongoing keyword research, audience analysis, and competitive benchmarking to uncover new growth opportunities.Monitor KPIs and deliver actionable insights to optimize performance and maximize ROI.Omnichannel Retail Media (Target & Walmart)Lead strategy and execution across key retail media networks such as Target Roundel and Walmart Connect.Align omnichannel campaigns with overarching marketing plans to ensure a unified brand presence across platforms.Leverage each platform’s strengths to reach the right audiences, improve conversion rates, and deliver strong return on ad spend (ROAS).Agency & Partner ManagementServe as the primary liaison to external media agencies, ensuring campaigns are flawlessly executed, on-brand, and on-budget.Provide strategic guidance, review deliverables, and drive performance accountability.Build strong, collaborative relationships with agency partners and retail media platform reps.Data, Analytics & ReportingDesign and maintain robust reporting frameworks to measure advertising effectiveness and identify areas for optimization.Leverage analytics tools to extract insights, perform A/B tests, and guide strategic decisions.Share performance updates and insights across internal teams, including executive-ready presentations and dashboards.Budget OversightManage advertising budgets across platforms with a sharp focus on efficiency and impact.Provide accurate forecasting, track spend pacing, and ensure budget adherence.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Shopper Marketing, Brand, and Content teams to align messaging and optimize creative assets for each platform.Collaborate with Sales and Product stakeholders to align advertising with business priorities.Communicate insights and recommendations clearly and persuasively to internal stakeholders and senior leadership.What You'll Bring to Our TeamRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.7+ years of digital advertising experience, with strong focus on Amazon Advertising.Proven success managing campaigns across Target Roundel and Walmart Connect (or similar retail media platforms).Hands-on experience with Amazon Sponsored Ads, DSP, and retail analytics tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; demonstrated ability to interpret data and drive results.Experience managing external agencies and working in cross-functional environments.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex data into clear insights.Preferred Characteristics:Experience with additional platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc. ).Strong understanding of e-commerce and retail marketing landscapes.Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.High level of initiative and ownership with a bias for action and continuous improvement.Our CultureOur work is centered on our People and Culture as reflected in our Zero Distance philosophy and we recognize the importance of reaffirming our commitment to inclusion and diversity (I&D).
