Job Description: We are seeking an Operations Crew Member to join our team in Youngstown, Ohio. This role will involve installing and maintaining billboards, as well as performing various tasks related to outdoor advertising campaigns. Key Responsibilities: • Install and maintain billboards, including advertisements and structures • Perform maintenance tasks, such as tightening bolts, painting steel structures, and repairing trim • Remove and hang flexes, vinyls, and copy on Tri-Visions • Maintain operation vehicles and tools • Document installations through photographs and written logs Requirements: • A high school diploma or equivalent is required • A valid driver's license is required • Ability to complete OSHA 10-hour Construction course required • Previous experience working at heights up to 200 ft. above ground preferred About Lamar: Lamar Advertising Company is one of the largest outdoor advertising companies in the world, with over 351,000 displays across the United States and Canada.
