We are searching for a leader with 4+ years of progressive restaurant management experience in busy full dining restaurants; 7+ years in the hospitality industry. Candidates must have experience leading a dynamic team of 25 employees in a hospitality-driven and systems-oriented environment. The general manager is likely to be on the premises much of the time, particularly during busy dining times or busy seasons. Depending on the size of the restaurant, the general manager may not directly involve themselves in every aspect or task in the restaurant; that means delegation is a key skill for any manager.
