Job Description: The Restaurant General Manager must bring a positive attitude to work every day and set high standards for everyone on their team. The Restaurant General Manager must be able to balance their administrative obligations, handling the finances and budget, while building sales and profits through marketing and advertising. Responsibilities: \\- Oversee the daily operation of BOH & FOH, service staff \\- Monitor quality of products and services produced \\- Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency \\- Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies \\- Maintain health standards for raw and finished products Qualifications: \\- Previous experience in managing restaurants or food service \\- Knowledge of common food safety practices \\- Strong leadership qualities \\- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment \\- Excellent written and communication skills \\- Analytical skills \\- Ethical decision making skills \\- Must communicate effectively and respectfully to all front and back of house staff \\- Ability to make new relationships with venders and maintain relationships with current venders \\- About Giovanni Pastrami: Giovanni Pastrami is an original concept New York Style Deli, Pizzeria and Sports Bar.
