General Manager, Ad Product

The General Manager of Ad Product owns the end-to-end advertising product strategy across Delta’s premium media ecosystem. This General Manager is responsible for ad product vision that enables Delta’s commercial & customer strategy, short and long term roadmap management, cross functional stakeholder alignment & prioritization, translating business goals into actionable product requirements, and leading cross-functional execution to drive revenue growth and advertiser impact while ensuring a best-in class customer experience. This role will be part of a high performing and energetic Product & Design team and will report to a Director of Customer Experience Design. This role is based in Atlanta, GA. Requires both internal and external stakeholder management (e.g., enterprise Delta teams, suppliers, brands, etc) • Cross-Functional Delivery: Partner with multiple technology groups both internal and external to bring ad products to market across complex platforms and ecosystems ensuring efficient and effective delivery • Innovation & Differentiation: Drive innovation and foster creative thinking in ad product space to differentiate the Delta platform.
