**Duties & Responsibilities:** Has the innate desire to work as a leader and team member in a fun-filled environment, constantly striving to deliver the best tasting food, and outstanding service to our guests consistently. Supervises food and beverage service employees in accordance with operating policies. Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the restaurant’s preventative maintenance programs. Fully understands and comply with all federal, state, county and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety and labor requirements of the restaurant, employees and guests.
