Art House’s first General Manager will enjoy the opportunity to flex creativity and professional skills in bringing this unique property to market, building staff and operations, and marketing to establish Art House as a Sonoma County urban favorite hotel. Managing and modeling excellence in hotel practices to achieve high levels of guest satisfaction and retention. Performing other duties as assigned Art House’s ideal GM candidate will possess: Three or more years’ management experience in the hospitality field, including staff supervision; hotel start up experience preferred by not required. Ability to prioritize and complete diverse tasks to achieve Art House’s performance objectives.
