SuperAwesome is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of General Manager of the Ads & Intel Business Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading scaled revenue growth and business unit profitability of our largest product set, Awesome Ads, and our newest product line, Awesome Intelligence. This involves developing and executing the global revenue strategy, ensuring consistent growth and BU profitability. You'll also be working closely with Exec and Finance to design and execute the annual operating plan, including budget development and revenue planning. In addition to these responsibilities, you'll be expected to: • Leverage analytics and performance metrics to evaluate and refine revenue strategies • Provide regular updates within the Executive Management Team on revenue performance, key metrics, and strategic initiatives • Operate within agreed annual budgets • Scale operational and commercial support non-linearly to support improving unit economics of our media business
