The Community Manager is responsible for staying within yearly budget limits set out by Regional Manager and property owner. Performs all responsibilities pertaining to the hiring, training, and termination of all on-site staff. Rental Management: Perform leasing duties including responding to all inquiries, apartment tours, preparing and executing leases. Maintain property image by engaging in appropriate public relations. Mental and Emotional Requirements: Must be able to work in a face- paced and customer service-oriented environment.
