Job description Position: GENERAL MANAGER Reports to: Board of Directors Hours: 40hr/week Wage: $52,743.60 per year Summary of Responsibilities: The Administrator acts as the principal agent for the agency in the management and administration of the agency and ensures the work of the agency is being done. Assures personnel and contractors are currently credentialed by Washington State, when appropriate, according to applicable practice acts. Assures current agency written policies and procedures are accessible to personnel and contractors during hours of agency operation, and updated as necessary. The Administrator is required yearly to complete 10 hours of training related to supervision or the delivery of care services. Work experience in Business Administration and Management Knowledgeable of Washington State rules and regulations for licensure of a home care agency.Ability to read and write in English, ability to communicate verbally and in writing with clients, families and personnel.
