Summary of Position: The General Manager is responsible for all aspects of the restaurant operations and management, including food, beverage, equipment, financial and facilities. The General Manager is also responsible for working with the owner to establish financial goals, financial systems and organizational policies to ensure financial stability and achievement of organizational objectives. -Ensure the facility is properly maintained and improved in a cost-effective manner to provide a safe and comfortable environment for team members and customers. -Have at least a minimum of 5 years of experience in a challenging hospitality or food services organization.
