Responsibilities: \- Coordinate general operations of the restaurant \- Establish restaurant business plan and put together budgets, sales projections, and forecasts \- Ensure the highest standards are upheld and promote those standards to the staff and other managers. \- Respond to and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations.
