✅ Build, update, and maintain automations in GoHighLevel (GHL) or HubSpot to ensure efficient follow-up and lead conversion ✅ Analyze ad performance, provide actionable insights, and deliver weekly/monthly reports ✅ Coordinate with web and SEO teams to ensure landing pages and forms are optimized for conversion ✅ Collaborate with sales and booking teams to align marketing campaigns with company goals ✅ Ensure accurate lead tracking, attribution, and reporting ✅ Set up Zapier or other integrations between platforms as needed 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or lead generation (remodeling or home services preferred) Proven track record managing Google Ads and Meta Ads with measurable results Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), HubSpot, or similar CRMs and automation tools Strong understanding of lead attribution, funnel tracking, and marketing analytics Ability to manage large budgets effectively (we spend $60k+ monthly across platforms) Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills ⭐ Experience with remodeling or construction industry marketing ⭐ Knowledge of SEO best practices ⭐ Familiarity with platforms like Yelp Ads, BuildZoom, Thumbtack Experience: • Marketing automation: 3 years (Required) • Construction leads: 3 years (Required) • HubSpot: 3 years (Required) • Google and Meta Ads: 3 years (Required) Ability to Relocate: • San Diego, CA 92123: Relocate before starting work (Required)
