This remote role offers an exciting chance to shape advertising strategy for top-tier clients while driving measurable growth and profitability.As a key executive, you will oversee a talented team of up to 15 advertising professionals and leverage data and financial KPIs to inform strategy, optimize campaign performance, and deliver consistent ROI. You will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and collaborate closely with senior leadership to align advertising initiatives with overall business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the strategic vision and execution of advertising campaigns across Amazon platforms (Seller & Vendor Central, DSP, Sponsored Ads, etc. )Focus on key performance indicators such as ROAS, ACOS, CPA, and revenue growthMonitor and analyze campaign financials and KPIs regularly, providing actionable insights and transparent reporting to leadershipCollaborate cross-functionally with creative, account management, and analytics teams to maximize client ROI and operational efficiencyServe as a strategic advisor to clients and internal leadership, leveraging data insights to optimize media spend and inform business decisionsDrive continuous process improvements and scalability initiatives to support aggressive growth targetsPartner with finance and operations teams to forecast budgets, manage P&L related to advertising, and ensure profitable growthIdeal Candidate Profile8+ years of digital advertising experience, including at least 4 years in a leadership role managing teamsDeep expertise in Amazon Advertising platforms, with proven success driving scalable campaigns and achieving key financial KPIsStrong financial acumen; comfortable analyzing budgets, margins, and ROI, and translating data into strategic decisionsExceptional communication skills for presenting complex data and advertising performance to executive leadership and clientsProven ability to lead in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environmentPassionate about leveraging data, technology, and innovation to help brands grow profitably on AmazonCompetitive base salary of $150,000–$200,000401(k) with company contributionGenerous PTO, sick leave, and paid holidaysFlexible remote work environmentLeadership opportunity within a rapidly growing Amazon-focused agency #J-18808-Ljbffr
