Girls Paid Advertising and Email Marketing Associate About the position The Mint Julep Boutique is looking for a Girls Paid Advertising and Email Marketing Associate. As the Girls Paid Advertising and Email Marketing Associate, you will develop original advertising content and suggest creative ways to attract more girls customers and promote our brand through Paid Advertising and Email/ SMS marketing. Responsibilities The Girls Paid Advertising and Email Marketing Associate responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Create, manage, and optimize paid ad accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube (and other social platforms as necessary) Research audience preferences and discover current trends Strategize and create engaging text, image, and video content to be used through paid advertising Design social media posts to sustain followers’ curiosity and create buzz around new products Measure web traffic and conversions Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms, ensuring maximum effectiveness Research and implement strategic audience targeting that will get our clients that most exposure and conversions Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions Research and A/B test ads to expand our reach and/or lower cost-per-acquisition Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs Monitor market intelligence and keep track on competitor movement and market situation Continuous monitoring of results and improving of ads Report results of paid campaigns Manage various Email and SMS campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and content used in our email and SMS sends Measure results and optimize the lead nurturing workflows to convert leads into customers Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of our email and SMS sends Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email and SMS Evaluate metrics within GA4 (formerly Google Analytics) or other web analytic platforms Create and present high-quality documents and presentations to senior leadership Participate in strategic initiatives; contributing to long-term vision and planning Maintain the promotions calendar and its execution Qualifications We employ highly motivated people who work hard and love what they do. In addition to passion, excellence and a do-what-it-takes attitude, we also have some specific qualifications that we are looking for in our Girls Paid Advertising and Email Marketing Associate: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business preferred 1+ years experience running Facebook Ads while using FB Business Manager (not boosting posts) preferred Experience advertising on other platforms for e-commerce or information products is a big plus... ie.
