Key Job Responsibilities: • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for assigned products and projects focusing on advertising and promotion regulatory affairs. • Provide regulatory guidance during development, review, approval, and implementation of medical and commercial materials. • Lead the global Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review process. • Act as a strategic partner throughout the product lifecycle from clinical development to marketing maintenance. • Ensure compliance with EFPIA, IFPMA, FDA codes and regulations.
