This role will play a key part in the evolution of Advertising Week as the go-to platform for thought leadership, networking and business development. The newly created position of Global Director, Audience Growth and Community will work closely with the Advertising Week CEO and Global President, along with the Marketing Director, to support the development of Advertising Week and our suite of event and content products globally. • Oversee global audience growth for AW Flagship Events and year-round content initiatives • Expand year-round meetings program for AW at our flagship events • Create and execute global process to curate audiences for AW networking events, individual seminars, roundtables and more • Analyze attendee data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities • Identify new business opportunities built around audiences at Global AW Events • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, production, marketing, and sales, to create innovative, integrated attendee experiences.
