Global Marketing Leader

Anderson-Negele is looking for a Global Marketing Leader to spearhead our marketing strategy and execution. You will play a critical role in driving commercial growth, enhancing brand positioning, and generating demand across key industries and global regions. This exciting role will transform customer insights, product priorities, and market opportunities into actionable, high-impact marketing programs that yield measurable business results.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, and Digital teams to ensure alignment with our overarching company strategy and customer needs. As a player/coach, you will actively contribute to strategic marketing initiatives while leading a small, dynamic marketing team. We are seeking a leader who thrives on building, optimizing, and executing strategies—and who is eager to shape the future of marketing in a more data-driven and scalable manner.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and Develop a Global Team: Manage and mentor a team of 3 global marketing professionals, setting clear priorities aligned with our commercial goals and growth initiatives.Marketing Strategy & Commercial Alignment: Develop and implement a global marketing strategy that supports growth targets, new product initiatives, and strategic account management. Foster collaboration between Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure consistent messaging and prioritization.Campaigns, Content & Brand Execution: Direct campaigns, content development, and communications across various channels including web, email, collateral, and events. Oversee trade shows, account-based marketing programs, and sales enablement efforts to maintain a strong global brand presence.Marketing Operations & Performance: Own marketing systems and analytics to track key performance indicators such as MQLs, conversion rates, and campaign ROI. Manage budgets and partner relationships while driving modern marketing technology adoption.Demand Generation & Digital Marketing: Lead the demand generation engine through campaigns, webinars, trade shows, and digital advertising. Optimize performance marketing efforts with a focus on continuous ROI improvement.What a Successful Candidate Brings to the Table:

Strong commercial mindset with a clear connection between marketing initiatives and revenue impact.Highly data-driven and analytical, with a passion for measurable outcomes.AI-focused approach to enhance marketing productivity, analytics, and customer engagement.Experience in industrial B2B environments with a solid understanding of technical products.Proven track record of driving demand generation and digital transformation.Exceptional collaborator, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.Proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced, lean environment.Required Experience:

Undergraduate degree and 7+ years in B2B marketing, preferably within industrial, technical, or manufacturing sectors.Demonstrated success in driving hands-on demand generation and digital marketing efforts.Experience in leading and nurturing small, high-impact marketing teams.A strong commercial mindset that effectively links marketing activities to revenue outcomes.Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, analytical tools, and emerging AI technologies.Ability to articulate complex solutions into clear, compelling customer value propositions.Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment with a focus on tangible impact.Required Travel:

Travel as necessary for customer events, team meetings, trade shows, and more.

This position is also eligible for bonuses as part of the total compensation package. The salary range is $91,700.00 - $170,100.00.
