The Global Marketing Manager is responsible for managing EXSIF’s overall marketing strategy, brand presence, and communications spanning digital channels, sales literature, promotional materials, and marketing collateral. The candidate will develop and execute EXSIF’s strategic marketing plan to drive sales growth, build brand awareness, and support commercial teams across global markets. • Analyze data to evaluate the success of marketing efforts and develop new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure. • Own the visual design and production of marketing materials across print and digital, including brochures, one-pagers, trade show graphics, digital ads, and presentation templates. Customer Experience and Engagement • Develop key customer experience metrics by segment.
