Global Marketing Manager

ABM Manager AutoStore is a global technology company focused on automating and orchestrating order fulfillment, operating in over 1,600 systems across nearly 60 countries.The Role We're looking for an ABM Manager to join our global marketing team and work closely with our most strategic customers. In this role, you'll create and run tailored campaigns for key accounts, working with different stakeholders to engage the full buying committee. You'll have a lot of ownership over your campaigns and how you approach them, all within an international and collaborative team.Key Responsibilities Plan and execute highly targeted 1:1 and 1:few ABM campaigns for strategic accounts, with full ownership from idea to deliveryDevelop account-specific strategies based on ICPs, intent data, and buying committee insights, in close collaboration with salesDefine campaign messaging, content strategy, and digital touchpoints to drive engagement and conversion across the full funnelTrack, analyze, and optimize campaign performance and budget to maximize ROI and impact on pipelineCollaborate closely with global and regional teams (marketing, sales, content) to ensure alignment and drive consistent, high‑quality executionQualifications 2+ years of hands‑on experience running true 1:1 ABM campaigns (not just broad or segment‑based marketing)Solid understanding of B2B marketing and sales processes, with the ability to engage complex buying committeesExperience with CRM and marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, ABM platforms like 6sense or similar)Analytical mindset, comfortable using data to inform decisions, measure performance, and optimize campaignsExcellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and manage multiple prioritiesBenefits A collaborative & inclusive culture that values diverse perspectivesWork‑life balance and well‑being support, including paid exercise, health insurance, and a generous pension planA creative and safe workplace within a rapidly growing Norwegian multinationalAn international and supportive environment with a structured onboarding plan and career opportunities#J-18808-Ljbffr
