Responsibilities About the team The Global Monetization Product and Technology Legal team supports TikTok's innovative and state-of-the-art advertising products. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: - Extensive legal experience gained through private practice and/or in-house roles - Familiarity with global legal issues impacting digital advertising including consumer protection, privacy, AIGC, automation and IP - Exceptional legal and business judgment, with the ability to think both strategically and creatively - Highly detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence - Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to take ownership of projects and quickly learn emerging areas of law and technology - Ability to write with clarity, precision, and impact Together, we create value for our communities, inspire creativity and bring joy - a mission we work towards every day.
