Role Overview: As the Product Marketing Lead for TikTok's Global Brand & Video Solutions team, you'll lead a team of product marketing managers to shape the go-to-market strategy and product roadmap for our suite of premium video-focused products. Responsibilities: • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans for TikTok's video offerings, leading both inbound and outbound product marketing activities. • 5+ years of experience at a leading digital media platform, preferably in a go-to-market or product marketing capacity within the brand and/or video advertising space • Strong expertise in planning, buying, and measuring video ad campaigns, with a strong understanding of brand buying objectives and KPI's • Ability to work in ambiguity, collaborate effectively across organizational levels and geographies, and influence stakeholders.
