As the HQ Vertical Product Solutions and Operations Manager for Search Ads, you will be responsible for setting the go-to-market and product growth strategy for agency partners and platform partners. Responsibilities: • Lead and consolidate market assessment, quantitative analysis and qualitative feedback, represent agency partners across all regions internally with PM and Engineering teams, and define the go-to-market and product growth strategy for TikTok's ever-evolving Search Ads product. • Strong knowledge of agency landscape and experience working at agencies • Experience partnering with product teams to identify and bring to market solutions for sellers. • Product marketing experience in web & mobile advertising and paid search, and successfully contributing at both strategic and tactical levels. • Strong knowledge of the competitive landscape of Search Ads
