Core to the company’s value is our commitment to ethical leadership, outstanding training, and open employee communication. • Proof all direct mail monthly loyalty mailers for accuracy • Manage all marketing events and data uploads in various marketing systems (i.e., MGT, IGT Patron) • Create and manage all required event coupons in marketing systems to achieve a seamless reward system for players • Facilitate placement of all casino signage/marketing communication for both inside and outside of the property, including digital signage • Manage marketing inventory and monthly reporting • Resolve any problems or perceived internal/external guest inconveniences
