Compensation: Based on Experience with benefits package Summary: As a Retail Store Manager you would be responsible for managing and coordinating activities of the retail store personnel in the management of day to day operation in Goodwill’s Retail Store. Essential Duties: • Responsible for scheduling the staff efficiently and ensuring payroll is on track and in line with sales. • Recommends additions to or deletions of merchandise to be sold in department. Ensures staff is informed of changes and miscommunication to customers is minimized. • Ensures store is well organized, clean and fully stocked at all times.
