**Summary:** As a Retail Store Manager you would be responsible for managing and coordinating activities of the retail store personnel in the management of day to day operation in Goodwill’s Retail Store. You will also be responsible for achieving sales quotas and goals by performing various duties. **Essential Duties:** • Responsible for scheduling the staff efficiently and ensuring payroll is on track and in line with sales. Ensures staff is informed of changes and miscommunication to customers is minimized. • Responsible for meeting retail quotas and goals through the management of day to day operations.
