This role is designed for a technical practitioner who understands the nuances of the Google Ads ecosystem and is ready to manage high-volume account structures across two major tech hubs.

What You'll Do: Execute, Analyze, Optimize
Account Stewardship: Manage and scale high-volume Google Ads accounts, focusing on Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max (Pmax).Technical Management: Utilize Google Ads Editor for large-scale account management, bulk updates, and precision bid adjustments.Performance Diagnostics: Move beyond basic reporting to diagnose account-level performance issues using data from Salesforce and Tableau.Pipeline Alignment: Optimize campaigns specifically for B2B lead and pipeline generation, ensuring a high bar for MQL and SQL quality.Budget Tracking: Oversee and pace monthly budgets to ensure consistent delivery against growth targets.
What You Bring: Candidate Requirements
Experience: 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads in a B2B SaaS environment.Tool Mastery: Advanced proficiency with Google Ads Editor and a deep understanding of Pmax and YouTube ad formats.Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated ability to use quantitative data to drive optimization decisions.Industry Background: Prior experience in FinTech, accounting, or financial services marketing is highly preferred.Reliability: Ability to commit to the hybrid schedule (Mon/Tue/Thu onsite) in either Draper, UT or San Jose, CA.
