What You Bring: Candidate Requirements Experience: 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads in a B2B SaaS environment.Tool Mastery: Advanced proficiency with Google Ads Editor and a deep understanding of Pmax and YouTube ad formats.Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated ability to use quantitative data to drive optimization decisions.Industry Background: Prior experience in FinTech, accounting, or financial services marketing is highly preferred.Reliability: Ability to commit to the hybrid schedule (Mon/Tue/Thu onsite) in either Draper, UT or San Jose, CA.
