We are seeking a data-driven Google Ads Associate to support the execution and optimization of paid search campaigns across multiple platforms. The position focuses on campaign execution, optimization, and data analysis to drive lead generation and pipeline growth. • Analyze campaign performance using Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Salesforce, and Tableau • Identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance • Monitor search term data and recommend optimizations • Develop and maintain performance reports and dashboards • Partner with paid media team members to support campaign execution and reporting • Assist with campaign maintenance, data pulls, and performance enhancements • Stay current on Google Ads updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends • 3–5+ years of experience managing Google Ads and paid search campaigns • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Google Ads Editor • Experience with Microsoft Ads / Bing Ads • Strong understanding of keyword research, negative keyword management, and bidding strategies • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) • Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets for data analysis • Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
