Role Overview: Support Resilience Inc.’s mission by managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to promote our evidence-based Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) programs. This role focuses on increasing awareness, engagement, and program adoption through effective paid media strategies. Key Responsibilities: Strong alignment with Resilience Inc.’s mission and commitment to SEL and youth well-being Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or relevant experience) Basic knowledge of Google Ads and PPC concepts (campaigns, keywords, targeting, optimization) Understanding of key metrics (CTR, CPC, conversions) and data-driven thinking Familiarity with GA4 or Google Tag Manager is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data and budgets Clear, persuasive writing skills aligned with brand voice Organized, proactive, and able to manage tasks in a remote setting Team player with reliable communication and availability for weekly meetings
