Google Ads Contractor (B2B SaaS / FinTech)

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Google Ads, a deep analytical mindset, and prior exposure to B2B SaaS or FinTech environments. Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube Execute campaign setup including ad groups, keyword research, negative keywords, bidding strategies, and ad copy Continuously monitor and improve campaign performance to drive lead generation and pipeline growth Analyze data using Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Salesforce, and Tableau Conduct A/B testing for ads and landing pages to improve conversion rates Identify trends in performance data and recommend optimization strategies Manage and track campaign budgets across multiple channels Collaborate with paid media teams on campaign execution and reporting Stay updated on Google Ads updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends Required Qualifications 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns Strong expertise in: Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube Ads Google Ads Editor Keyword research & bidding strategies Proven analytical skills with a data-driven approach to optimization Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis Prior experience in B2B marketing (preferably SaaS) Background in FinTech or financial/accounting domain Experience with Microsoft/Bing Ads Exposure to Tableau or other BI/reporting tools Strong skills in: Landing page optimization Ad copywriting A/B testing
