Job Title: Google Ads Expert – Legal Campaign Specialist (On-Site) Position Overview: This role is focused exclusively on building and optimizing advertising campaigns for legal clients, particularly in the personal injury law sector. Required Qualifications: • 5+ years of direct, hands-on Google Ads experience in a law firm or agency setting • Strong history of managing successful campaigns for law firms (preferably personal injury) • Deep understanding of: • Google Ads campaign structures and bidding strategies • Google’s Quality Score, Optimization Score, and ROAS measurement • Ability to build high-converting landing pages using tools like Unbounce, Instapage, or WordPress • Skilled in ad copywriting with legal advertising context in mind • Familiar with analytics, conversion tracking, and Google Tag Manager • Must be able to work on-site 5 days a week in the Oxnard / Thousand Oaks area Compensation: • Competitive salary based on experience • Full-time employment with benefits available
