Job Title: Google Ads Expert – Legal Campaign Specialist (On-Site) Location: On-Site, Dallas, TX Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday (On-Site Only) Industry: Legal Advertising / Personal Injury Law This role is focused exclusively on building and optimizing advertising campaigns for legal clients, particularly in the personal injury law sector. Key Responsibilities: • Independently create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across: • Search, Display, Video, Call-Only, Google Maps (MAP), Local Services Ads (LSAs), and Geo-Targeted formats • Write and test all ad copy, headlines, descriptions, and extensions • Design and build landing pages that align with campaign goals and convert leads effectively • Monitor and improve campaign performance metrics including: • Google Quality Score • Google Optimization Score • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) • Conduct ongoing keyword research, A/B testing, and performance analysis • Track conversions and generate clear reports for internal stakeholders or clients Required Qualifications: • 5+ years of direct, hands-on Google Ads experience in a law firm or agency setting • Strong history of managing successful campaigns for law firms (preferably personal injury) • Deep understanding of: • Google Ads campaign structures and bidding strategies • Google’s Quality Score, Optimization Score, and ROAS measurement • Ability to build high-converting landing pages using tools like Unbounce, Instapage, or WordPress • Skilled in ad copywriting with legal advertising context in mind • Familiar with analytics, conversion tracking, and Google Tag Manager • Must be able to work on-site 5 days a week in the Oxnard / Thousand Oaks area
