A digital marketing company focused on healthcare clients in the SMB space is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Google Ads Manager to join the team. We’re looking for someone who knows the current Google Ads platform inside and out and has a track record of executing and managing high-performing PPC campaigns Key Responsibilities: • Independently manage and optimize a large volume of Google Ads campaigns • Maintain and improve campaign performance across combined ad spends of over $100k a month. • Execute campaign strategy based on client goals while collaborating with internal Client Success Managers • Track and optimize campaign KPIs including conversions and retention metrics • Respond to CSM inquiries and client concerns; occasional direct client communication via email, phone, or Zoom • Manage one offshore PPC support staff member and assist in recruiting more (Philippines-based) • Help build out a small offshore support team as needed over time • Ensure flawless execution—attention to detail is non-negotiable What We’re Looking For: • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads—certification is a plus • Experience managing high-volume PPC accounts and juggling multiple campaigns at once • Ability to own strategy and execution independently • Familiarity with healthcare verticals such as dental, chiropractic, optometry, med spa, and veterinary is a plus • Capable of managing and training remote support staff (Philippines-based preferred) • Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders (like CSMs or AMs) to align PPC performance with client goals • Detail-oriented—candidates who repeat mistakes after training will not be a fit • Reliable, responsive, and comfortable working in a mostly asynchronous environment
