You don’t need a decade of experience, but you must know how to run effective campaigns, improve Quality Score, and drive real business results through smart strategy and precise execution. What You’ll Be Doing: • Launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and more) • Continuously work to improve Quality Score, CTR, and conversion rates • Conduct in-depth keyword research and analyze competitor strategies • Monitor and interpret campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments • Write persuasive ad copy and test creative variations to boost engagement • Collaborate with the marketing team to align ads with broader brand messaging and goals • Generate detailed reports and offer actionable insights for future improvements What We’re Looking For: • Proven experience running and optimizing Google Ads campaigns • Strong knowledge of ad performance metrics and Google Ads best practices • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Keyword Planner, and Tag Manager • Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into strategy • Skilled at writing clear, effective ad copy and testing variations • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and with a team
