As a Google Ads & Paid Social Media Specialist at Ceramic Pro, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. You’ll play a key role in executing, optimizing, and scaling lead generation and conversion campaigns, driving ROI, and continuously improving ad performance. You will collaborate with the marketing team to develop data-driven strategies, integrate ads with our CRM, and ensure the ongoing growth of our paid media efforts. • Focus on lead quality and optimize conversion rates based on data-driven insights. • Identify trends and recommend improvements in ad creatives, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
