Evolution Marketing is a fast-growing advertising agency looking for a Google Ads Specialist with a minimum of 3 years hands‑on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns for a variety of industries. Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, You Tube, PMax, Demand Gen, etc.).
• Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and audience targeting to maximize ROI.
• Write compelling ad copy aligned with the client's brand, landing page and objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with Google Ads trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
• Manage budgets, track KPIs, and generate performance reports.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, 8 AM – 5 PM ET.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Ability to work with data‑driven strategies and optimize campaigns for maximum performance.
• Familiarity with remarketing, audience segmentation, and bid strategies.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working remotely, both independently and with a team.
• Must be able to manage multiple accounts in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with the automotive industry is a plus.
• Google Ads Certification is a plus.
