Key Responsibilities Google Ads Execution • Own and manage Google Ads accounts (Search‐focused) • Daily, hands‐on optimization inside Google Ads • Campaign, ad group, keyword, match type, and negative keyword management • Bid strategy optimization focused on CPL / CPA • Build, fix, and stabilize broken or inefficient accounts • Create and iterate search ad copy based on performance Performance & Funnel Optimization • Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution • Analyze search terms for waste and opportunity • Identify funnel bottlenecks and optimization opportunities • Provide landing page and offer insights to improve conversion rates • Report in CPL, CPA, lead volume, and efficiency metrics Engagement Structure • Week 1: Full Google Ads audit and performance assessment • Weeks 2-3: Aggressive optimization and funnel rebuild • Ongoing: 10-15 hours per week for continuous optimization
