We're looking for a digital strategist who isn't afraid to take charge and jump right in, who also exhibits a sharp eye for performance and a deep understanding of how to get the most out of Google. As our SEO & PPC Specialist, you get excited about working with clients to find the best possible solutions while leading the charge on organic and paid search strategies that help our clients grow. What you’ll be doing: • Build and manage SEO strategies that increase visibility and organic website traffic • Run keyword research and spot opportunities for content and ranking gains • Create, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube) • Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ads dashboards • Conduct regular site audits and make data-backed SEO adjustments • Optimize landing pages to increase conversions and lower cost per lead • Share monthly reports on performance metrics and provide insights for ongoing improvement • Stay current on search trends, algorithm updates, and best practices • Provide insight and strategic recommendations to clients and Matchbox team • Engage in consistent, timely communication to insure projects are running smoothly • Be comfortable leading client update meetings & providing feedback on best practices
