Position Overview: We’re looking for a Google Ads & Local Service Ads Expert to manage and grow campaigns for our home service clients. This is a 1099 contractor position, paid per account, with the opportunity to take on more accounts as you prove results. The right person will not just “run ads.” We need someone who is: • Relentless about optimizing for ROI • Proactive in communication with both our internal team and clients • Detail-oriented with reporting • Comfortable collaborating with our SEO & Google team weekly via Google Meets • Hungry to help small businesses grow and win Responsibilities: • Manage and optimize Google Ads & Local Service Ads campaigns for multiple home service clients • Monitor performance daily and make data-driven adjustments • Communicate proactively with the team and clients about wins, insights, and improvements • Provide clear, concise monthly reports • Attend a weekly Google Meets strategy session with the SEO & Google team • Stay on top of trends and bring out-of-the-box ideas to the table
