Google Ads Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic Google Ads Specialist to work directly with the owner of Ka Moana Luau, Aloha Hawaii Tours and other brands! In this role, you will assist the owner in crafting, optimizing, and managing high-performing PPC (pay-per-click) campaigns across Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms. Currently looking for someone part-time but we have roughly 300 full-time employees and if things go well and you want to take a full-time position working more independently (starting position will be working with the owner directly). Skills • Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a strong understanding of PPC Campaign Management principles • Expertise in Performance marketing strategies that maximize conversions while maintaining efficient budgets • Proficiency with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, DoubleClick, and other web analytics platforms for data analysis and reporting • Knowledge of social media management platforms including Facebook Advertising and Twitter Ads for integrated media buying efforts • Strong skills in Keyword research combined with experience in SEO and SEM tactics to enhance campaign visibility • Ability to plan budgets effectively while optimizing media buying across multiple channels such as Bing Ads and Google AdWords • Familiarity with affiliate marketing strategies and media planning for comprehensive digital marketing initiatives Pay: $50.00 - $100.00 per hour
