This role is ideal for someone who understands how to run ads for nonprofits, arts organizations, or mission-driven organizations, and can translate our mission into clear, high-performing ad campaigns. Required Experience • Demonstrated experience managing Google Ads for lead generation • Experience working with nonprofits, arts organizations, or mission-driven organizations (strongly preferred) • Understanding of Google Ads conversion tracking (forms, thank-you pages, clicks) • Ability to work with limited budgets efficiently • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics is a plus
