Overview This role is focused on driving qualified phone calls and booked appointments, not vanity metrics. This role can be in-office or hybrid and does not involve managing multiple clients. Primary Responsibilities (Google Ads – Core Role) • Own and manage Google Search Ads campaigns for local lead generation • Build and optimize keyword structures, match types, and negative keyword strategies • Optimize ad copy, bidding, and geo-targeting to improve qualified call volume • Monitor daily performance including spend, CPL, call quality, and conversion rates • Set up and manage conversion tracking (calls, forms, click-to-call) • Analyze search term reports and eliminate wasted spend • Test and iterate ad copy and landing experiences to improve conversion rates • Maintain campaign efficiency and scale profitable campaigns responsibly Required Experience • 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads Search experience • Proven results with local service or call-driven businesses • Strong understanding of: • Keyword intent & match types • Quality Score optimization • Conversion tracking & call tracking • Comfortable managing budgets and optimizing toward CPL targets • Able to work independently and take ownership of performance
