Google Ads Specialist - Part-time

Requirements What You Bring • 2–5 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns (agency experience preferred) • Google Ads Certified (or willing to get certified upon hire) • Deep understanding of Google Ads Manager, keyword planning, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking • Strong skills in campaign segmentation, A/B testing, and performance optimization • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategy • Comfortable working within budgets and communicating performance confidently • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio • A proactive approach—constantly seeking ways to improve results and processes Nice to Have • Experience with Local Services Ads (LSAs) and YouTube ad formats • Familiarity with other platforms (Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.) You’ll have the freedom to test, optimize, and innovate—backed by a team that’s small, agile, and always ready to execute.
